Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Manage 4-6 tables simultaneously in a fast-paced fine dining setting
- Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service flow
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience required
- Knowledge of California wines and craft cocktails preferred
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends (Thu-Sun)
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
