Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, personalized attention to all guests
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining order accuracy and timing
- Process payments efficiently using our POS system
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff to resolve service issues
- Uphold impeccable cleanliness standards for tables and dining areas
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture
- Assist with opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Texas Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- TAM (Texas Alcohol Management) certification a plus
