Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with expert knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately through our POS system while maintaining order of service timing
- Upsell signature dishes, beverages, and seasonal promotions to enhance guest experience
- Manage table turnover efficiently during peak hours while maintaining high service standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, well-stocked stations and adhere to sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- TAMRSA or TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
