Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest management, and breakdown
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution for event attendees
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution
- Manage crowd control and maintain safety protocols at all venues
- Conduct thorough venue inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist with inventory management of event equipment and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and emergency procedures
