Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations
- Operate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness of all equipment
- Manage cash transactions and POS system accurately
- Stock inventory and rotate products for freshness
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee service or customer experience
- Basic knowledge of espresso brewing techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (early mornings, nights, weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Food Handler's certification preferred
- Attention to detail and time management abilities
