Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting diners warmly and ensuring their comfort throughout their meal.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen promptly.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and drive revenue.
- Maintain a pristine dining environment, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces between seatings.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Friendly demeanor with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
