Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Deliver orders efficiently, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Clean and maintain tables, ensuring the dining area is pristine at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and classic cocktails is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Food Handler's Card and Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable).
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
