Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, professional table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Uphold strict sanitation standards and maintain a pristine dining environment
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with solution-oriented communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Valid California Food Handler Card required
