Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless operations
- Handle payments and reconcile cash transactions
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in fast-paced restaurant environments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for order processing and payment handling
- Neat, professional appearance and positive attitude
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
