Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and tear down event equipment (AV systems, staging, signage)
- Provide exceptional guest services at registration desks and information stations
- Manage inventory and distribution of provided branded materials
- Enforce safety protocols and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain professional appearance in provided uniforms
- Document event activities and equipment status post-event
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic technical aptitude for handling event equipment
- Valid photo ID and ability to pass background check
