Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, knowledgeable interactions
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak dining hours
- Process orders accurately using our state-of-the-art POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash accuracy
- Uphold cleanliness standards throughout dining areas
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and menu tastings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- NYC Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (15-25 hrs/week)
- Valid NY State Food Protection Certificate
