Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking and food/drink delivery
- Master menu knowledge and recommend dishes/beverages based on guest preferences
- Process payments accurately and efficiently via POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing procedures as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
