Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service while maintaining knowledge of menu, specials, and ingredients
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Collect payments and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and hosts during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required - training provided
- Must be 18+ years old with ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
