Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests while maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate efficiently with kitchen/bar staff
- Manage table assignments, timing, and guest flow to ensure optimal service standards
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Uphold cleanliness standards for dining areas, stations, and service equipment

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional food service experience in high-volume restaurant environment
- Valid Nevada Alcohol Awareness Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
