Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Deliver orders efficiently, ensuring all items are presented according to our high standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests immediately.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, resetting tables quickly between services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory for the right attitude.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and classic cocktails is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency in English and basic math skills.
