Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attentiveness and professionalism
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless food service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and diplomatically
- Participate in opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
