Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and maintain orderly event queues
- Execute venue setup/breakdown according to event plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and information assistance
- Monitor crowd safety and report security concerns immediately
- Operate ticket scanning and registration systems efficiently
- Assist with VIP guest experiences and special accommodations
- Collaborate with security and event management teams
- Complete post-event documentation and inventory reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid government-issued ID
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency for digital check-in systems
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours continuously
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Previous event/concert experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Must pass mandatory background screening
