Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu and specials
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff
- Manage table assignments, maintain clean dining areas, and ensure adherence to sanitation standards
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and collaboration
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking supplies and maintaining station cleanliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant serving experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining composure during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
