Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations and restrooms
- Process payments accurately via POS system
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and post-closing duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Oregon OLCC alcohol service certification (or willing to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Passion for Pacific Northwest cuisine and local ingredients
