Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to timing and presentation
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
- Manage table cleanliness and maintain well-stocked service stations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate concerns to management
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak service hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant serving experience preferred
- Indiana Alcohol Server Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
