Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm professionalism and attention to detail
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and wine pairings to enhance guest experiences
- Manage table rotations and timing for optimal guest satisfaction
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining financial integrity
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain immaculate dining area cleanliness and station organization
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with grace and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- NYC Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of wine service and allergen protocols
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal skills
