Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables, ensuring accurate order entry and timing
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Process payments and maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium beverage offerings
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol compliance protocols
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and post-closing duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast, Square, or similar)
- ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale proficiency
