Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, food delivery, and beverage service
- Master menu knowledge and recommend food/beverage pairings to enhance guest satisfaction
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations and adhere to sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required – we train motivated individuals
- Must be 18+ years old with ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Food Handler Certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
