Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient table service while maintaining cleanliness and order
- Accurately process orders using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery and special requests
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Manage station cleanliness and restock supplies during shifts
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
