Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately through our POS system and manage payment transactions
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
- Maintain clean, organized station setup and dining room ambiance
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Support team during peak hours with collaborative table sharing
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 19+ years old (alcohol service required)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
