Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master our menu and wine selections to make personalized recommendations
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless order execution
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift clean-up
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings/weekends (flexible shifts available)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours with frequent bending
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Reliable transportation to Sunset Boulevard location
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
