Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, order taking, and food/beverage delivery
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling protocols
- Ensure dining areas are immaculate and sanitized
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Upsell menu items and seasonal specials
- Manage reservation systems and guest inquiries
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- NYC Food Protection & Alcohol Service certifications required
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Team player with positive attitude
