Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process payments accurately through POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery and special requests
- Reset tables promptly and maintain immaculate dining area standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking stations
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Tulsa food handler certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency (training provided)
