Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with genuine warmth and attention to detail
- Masterfully navigate our seasonal menu and wine pairings through continuous training
- Efficiently manage POS transactions and payment processing
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff during peak service hours
- Maintain pristine dining environments through systematic table resets
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving skills
- Contribute to daily opening/closing procedures and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Washington State Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Expertise in tableside service and wine service protocols
- Unwavering commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Proficiency with modern POS systems (Toast/Revel preferred)
- Positive attitude with natural multitasking abilities
