Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, professional demeanor
- Accurately process food/beverage orders via POS system
- Manage 4-6 tables simultaneously during peak hours
- Upsell menu items and specialty cocktails
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and diplomatically
- Maintain clean dining stations and sanitize surfaces
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during rushes
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience required
- Ohio Food Handler Certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Flexible availability (nights/weekends essential)
- Basic math/cash handling skills
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Local Columbus candidates preferred
