Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient table service to guests
- Take accurate food/beverage orders using POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for timely preparation
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain clean, sanitized dining areas and service stations
- Upsell menu items and daily specials
- Assist with opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- PA Alcohol Beverage Control certification (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative approach
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts
