Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, professional demeanor
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or upscale casual server experience
- Knowledge of Oregon liquor service regulations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
