Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar for seamless service
- Maintain clean dining stations and restock supplies
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Adhere to food safety and alcohol service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience
- TABC/Alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability (including weekends)
