Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders via POS system
- Present menu knowledge and recommend seasonal specials
- Manage table rotation and maintain clean dining stations
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash accuracy
- Uphold food safety standards and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience required
- Washington State Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and cash handling
