Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
- Process orders using POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Manage cash handling and payment transactions securely
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Maintain clean, sanitized dining stations per health standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience required
- CA Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
