Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with food/drorder accuracy
- Process payments efficiently via POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Manage section cleanliness and table turnover
- Upsell menu items and seasonal specials
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Adhere to food safety standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant/server experience preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic POS system knowledge
- NYC Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Must be authorized to work in the US
