Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests from greeting to departure
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
- Operate POS system accurately for orders, payments, and modifications
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for timely food/beverage delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Upsell specials, beverages, and desserts to enhance guest experience
- Participate in opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Basic food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
