- Accurately process orders using our digital POS system
- Master 20+ craft cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Manage table rotations during peak hours (lunch/dinner)
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless guest experiences
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cleanliness standards
- Train on local sourcing initiatives and wine pairings
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Must be 21+ (alcohol service required)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
