Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu expertise
- Process orders and payments via POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar for seamless service
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items and specials
- Contribute to team during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards
- Proficient with POS systems
- Excellent communication and time management
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Availability for weekends/holidays
- TABC/food handler certification (or obtainable)
