Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with menu knowledge and beverage expertise
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Denver's craft beverage scene a plus
- Valid Colorado food handler permit
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
