Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and beverage pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table rotation during peak hours while maintaining cleanliness standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Upsell seasonal specials and high-margin menu items
- Contribute to opening/closing duties including restocking stations
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe Alcohol certification required (training provided)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
