Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service for 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master menu details and daily specials for accurate recommendations
- Process orders efficiently using our iPad POS system
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order timing
- Manage table turnover during peak hours
- Contribute to a clean, well-maintained dining environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience required
- Must be available weekends and evening shifts (3-5 days/week)
- MA Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer service preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude under pressure during rushes
- Valid Massachusetts ID for employment verification
