Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process orders accurately through our POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table cleanliness and maintain a pristine dining area
- Handle payment transactions and reconcile cash drawers
- Collaborate with bartenders and hosts for seamless guest flow
- Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Wisconsin Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Team player with a proactive, guest-first mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
