Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining table cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality presentation
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and support
- Adhere to all health/safety standards and alcohol service regulations
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking and sanitizing stations
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of Baltimore dining scene and local cuisine advantageous
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe Alcohol certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic POS system proficiency (training provided)
