Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and timing
- Master seasonal menu knowledge and wine pairings
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast, Square, etc.)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Safety Handler certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Passion for Boston's culinary scene
