- Manage section cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all health/safety and alcohol service protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- ServSafe alcohol certification required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Positive attitude and team collaboration skills
- Must be 21+ due to alcohol service requirements
