Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly to ensure a smooth dining flow.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and relay them to the kitchen.
- Provide expert knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and wine pairings to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor tables closely to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any customer needs.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Valid Food Handler’s Card or Alcohol Awareness Certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant.
