Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process orders accurately using POS systems and communicate efficiently with kitchen staff
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas and maintain impeccable table turnover
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and build rapport with patrons
- Collaborate with bartenders and hosts to ensure seamless service flow
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- TX Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
