Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring proper presentation and timing.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Upsell menu items and answer guest questions regarding ingredients and preparation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
