Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly table service to 3-4 tables simultaneously
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS system
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages
- Ensure cleanliness and restocking of dining stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and training
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual server experience
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Proficient with POS systems (Toast/Revel)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Availability for evenings/weekends
- Basic wine knowledge a plus
- Valid CA Food Handler Card required
